Massage in Larnaca for when you need to properly switch off

About the treatment
Choosing the right massage
Not every massage does the same job. Some days you want to drift off, other days you need someone to work properly on a tight back after training or a long week at a desk. Every massage starts with a quick chat about where you hold tension and how much pressure you like.
From there, we choose the right treatment: a relax or anti-stress massage to unwind, deep tissue or sports massage for tight muscles, aromatherapy for a spa-like treat, reflexology or a feet and legs massage for tired feet, lymphatic massage for puffiness, or traditional cupping and hijama. Whether you live in Larnaca or are visiting Cyprus, it’s an hour that’s just for you.

01
Relax massage
Our relax massage uses long, flowing strokes and light to medium pressure to help your whole body let go. It’s the massage to book when you simply want to switch off, breathe and feel looked after.
It’s a lovely choice for first-timers and anyone who prefers a softer touch.
Great for
- Stress and a busy mind
- Better, deeper sleep
- First-time massage clients
- A calm hour just for you
02
Deep tissue massage
Deep tissue massage uses slow, firm pressure to work into the deeper layers of muscle, where knots and long-held tension build up. Your therapist focuses on the areas that need it most, usually the back, neck, shoulders and legs.
You may feel a little tender the next day, which is normal. Drinking plenty of water afterwards helps.
Great for
- Tight back, neck and shoulders
- Knots and chronic muscle tension
- Desk workers and manual jobs
- Clients who like firm pressure
03
Anti-stress massage
Our anti-stress massage focuses on the places where stress settles: the back, neck, shoulders and head. A slow, steady rhythm and soothing pressure help your nervous system calm down and your muscles soften.
Many clients book it after a hard week at work or when they’re struggling to switch off at night.
Great for
- Busy, stressful weeks
- Tension in the neck and shoulders
- Trouble switching off at night
- Feeling run down or overwhelmed
04
Aromatherapy massage
Aromatherapy massage combines a relaxing full body massage with essential oils chosen for how you want to feel, for example lavender to calm, eucalyptus to refresh or citrus to uplift. The scent and the massage work together for a deeply soothing experience.
Please tell us about any allergies, skin sensitivities or pregnancy before your session so we can choose the right oils.
Great for
- Deep relaxation
- Lifting your mood
- A spa-like treat
- Gifting to someone special
05
Sports massage
Sports massage uses firmer, targeted techniques to help muscles recover, stay flexible and feel ready for your next session. We focus on the muscle groups you use most, whether you run, lift, cycle or play football, padel or tennis.
It works well a day or two before an event, or after hard training to ease tightness.
Great for
- Runners, gym-goers and athletes
- Muscle recovery after training
- Tight hamstrings, calves and shoulders
- Keeping muscles flexible
06
Head & neck massage
A head and neck massage works on the scalp, neck and tops of the shoulders, where screen time and stress pile up. It’s quick, deeply relaxing and you can stay fully clothed.
A great option when you’re short on time or want to try massage for the first time.
Great for
- Long hours at a screen
- Tension in the neck and scalp
- A quick lunchtime reset
- Staying fully clothed
07
Reflexology
Reflexology is a traditional therapy that applies gentle pressure to specific points on the feet. Many people find it deeply relaxing and calming, and it’s a lovely way to unwind without a full body massage.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy and isn’t a replacement for medical care.
Great for
- Deep relaxation
- Tired, aching feet
- Unwinding without undressing
- Pairing with a head & neck massage
08
Feet & legs massage
Our feet and legs massage eases tired, heavy legs and aching feet with a mix of soothing and firmer strokes from the soles of your feet up to your thighs.
It’s ideal after long days standing, a flight, a long walk around Larnaca or a hard run.
Great for
- Standing all day
- Heavy legs after travel or flights
- Runners and walkers
- Aching feet
09
Lymphatic massage
Lymphatic massage, also called lymphatic drainage, uses very gentle, rhythmic strokes that follow the direction of your lymphatic system. It encourages the body to move excess fluid, which can help reduce puffiness and that heavy-legs feeling.
It isn’t suitable for everyone, for example if you have heart or kidney problems, an active infection or a history of blood clots, so please check with your doctor first if unsure. For deeper results, ask about our machine-assisted cellulite and lymphatic drainage treatment.
Great for
- Puffiness and fluid retention
- Heavy, swollen-feeling legs
- After long flights
- Feeling lighter and refreshed
10
Cupping & hijama
Cupping uses gentle suction cups to lift and loosen tight muscles and boost circulation. It can be added to a massage or booked on its own, and it often leaves round marks on the skin that fade within a few days.
Hijama, also known as wet cupping, is a traditional therapy where very small, shallow cuts are made on the skin so a little blood is drawn into the cups. Every hijama session uses sterile, single-use equipment and starts with a short health check. It isn’t suitable during pregnancy or if you take blood-thinning medication.
Great for
- Tight, knotted back and shoulders
- Boosting circulation
- Adding to a back or full body massage
- Clients looking for traditional hijama

FAQs
Your massage questions, answered
How long is a massage session?
Sessions range from shorter, focused treatments for the back or legs to a longer full body massage. Call us and we’ll recommend the right length for what you need.
Which massage should I choose?
For pure relaxation, choose a relax, anti-stress or aromatherapy massage. For tight muscles, choose deep tissue or sports massage. For tired feet and legs, try reflexology or a feet and legs massage, and for puffiness, a lymphatic massage. Not sure? Call us and we’ll help you choose.
Which massage is best for back pain and tension?
A back, neck and shoulder massage, deep tissue or sports massage is usually best for tight muscles. If you have an injury or ongoing pain, please speak to your doctor first and tell your therapist before your session.
Does cupping leave marks?
Often, yes. Cupping can leave round, bruise-like marks where the cups were placed. They aren’t usually painful and fade within a few days to a week.
Is hijama safe?
Hijama is carried out with sterile, single-use equipment after a short health check. It isn’t suitable during pregnancy, if you have a bleeding disorder or take blood-thinning medication, so please tell us about any health conditions before booking.
Can I choose the pressure?
Yes. Your therapist will check in with you before and during the massage, so you can ask for lighter or firmer pressure at any time.
